Land/truck loading arm is a kind of important fluid transfer equipment nowadays in the petrochemical industry. It is mainly used for transferring the fluid such as petroleum, LNG, LPG, gasoline, diesel, oil, liquid ammonia, EO or other chemicals etc between the pipe system and the tankers.
It mainly consists of pipeline, swivel joint, spring or counterweight balance system, flange, vapor cone or seal cap, level sensor, vacuum breaker, drop pipe deflector, quick coupling, dry coupling, emergency break away coupling etc.
Equipped with loading platform, folding stairs and safety cage, overfilling&grounding alarm, batch controller etc to make the land loading arm into a complete loading system.
According to the products, models and requirements of customers, the operating modes could be manual, pneumatic or hydraulic etc.
Cryogenic loading arm is a kind of truck loading arm.
Cryogenic loading arms is suitable for transferring liquefied gas at very low temperature, such as liquid natural gas(LNG), etc. This system uses base riser to absorb the mechanical stress, thus make the stress to the lowest level to lengthen the working life of loading arms. The low temperature swivel joint is made of double flange structure, which make the changeable for main seal convenient. The nitrogen cleaning system make the ball trace dry preventing the entry of atmospheric moisture. The swivel joint is manufactured by numerically controlled machines, specially designed seals make the joint resistant to very low temperature.
The swivel joint and pipelines are welded according to special procedure and treated by special processes. After strict inspection and test, we guarantee that every arm has excellent function performances.
